The pruprose for the Supplemental Natural Disaster Protection (SNDP) is to provide additional financial
support if covered property is damaged by a natural disaster that is covered under the insured's primary policy.
The policy provides a monthly benefit for a maximum of 24 months if the covered property is rendered temporaily uninhabitable by:
Lightning
Hail
Windstorm
Flood
Tornado
Earthquake
All insured's are eligible to obtain coverage up to 125% of their monthly mortgage payment.
